Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Service
Please inspect the outer packaging carefully upon parcel arrival. If you find any damage, leakage or severe deformation, take photos as valid evidence, refuse to sign for delivery, and contact our support team immediately.
If any product defects are discovered after signing for the parcel, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours. We will verify the issue and arrange reasonable return, exchange or other appropriate solutions.
